Up to $34,840 Auto Offer Available Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Therapist for a 13-week contract opportunity in a correctional healthcare facility in Eden, Texas. This role involves providing comprehensive mental health assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, and individualized treatment planning for patients in a secure clinical environment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health screenings and clinical assessments. Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans. Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention services. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information. Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care. Promote positive mental health outcomes through evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field . Minimum 5 years of clinical experience , including 2 years in a comparable role . Current, unrestricted Texas license as one of the following:

LCSW LPC LMFT

Current BLS Certification from AHA is preffered . Strong experience in mental health assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and clinical documentation.
