Bee Bliss Enterprises LLC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Job Description

About Bee Bliss Enterprises Bee Bliss Enterprises is a growing mental health practice serving clients throughout Texas. We are committed to creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives. We believe therapy can be professional, evidence-informed, ethical, and still feel human. Our clinicians are encouraged to bring their own personalities, clinical strengths, specialties, and therapeutic approaches to the practice. You don't have to fit into one particular therapist "box" to belong at Bee Bliss. As our hive continues to grow, we're looking for another great clinician to grow with us. __________________________________________________________________ The Opportunity Bee Bliss Enterprises is seeking a Texas Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our practice as a 1099 Independent Contractor . This is a hybrid position consisting of telehealth services and one in-office day per week at our Houston-area office. The opportunity is ideal for a therapist who values the flexibility and autonomy of private-practice work but would also enjoy being connected to an established and growing group practice. _______________________________________________________________ What You'll Do As an independent clinician with Bee Bliss Enterprises, you will: Provide psychotherapy services within your areas of training and clinical competency. Provide a combination of telehealth and in-person services. Maintain one mutually agreed-upon in-office service day per week. Complete appropriate clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Protect client confidentiality and maintain appropriate professional boundaries. Provide services consistent with Texas LPC rules, applicable laws, professional ethics, and your scope of competence. Manage your agreed-upon caseload and client availability. Communicate appropriately regarding scheduling and client-care concerns. Complete applicable insurance credentialing requirements. Maintain your professional license, continuing education requirements, and professional liability insurance.
_________________________________________________________________ Minimum Qualifications Applicants must:
Hold an active Texas LPC license in good standing. Be eligible to practice independently in Texas. Hold a master's degree or higher in counseling or an appropriate mental health discipline. Maintain professional liability/malpractice insurance. Demonstrate strong clinical documentation and communication skills. Be comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth psychotherapy. Be able to provide in-person services one day per week. Maintain an appropriate environment for confidential telehealth services. Demonstrate professionalism, dependability, ethical decision-making, and strong therapeutic boundaries. Be comfortable working independently while remaining communicative with the practice. _________________________________________________________________ You may be a great fit for our hive if you: Genuinely enjoy being a therapist. Are warm, relatable, and able to connect authentically with clients. Value autonomy but don't necessarily want to build a private practice completely alone. Take documentation, ethics, boundaries, and client care seriously. Are dependable and communicate well. Bring ideas, creativity, and your own personality to your clinical work. Want to establish a consistent caseload. Appreciate being part of a practice where clinicians can have their own professional identity. _______________________________________________________________ What Bee Bliss Offers Depending on the contractor arrangement, practice support may include: Client referrals and practice marketing. Electronic health record/documentation platform. Administrative and scheduling support. Billing and insurance claim support. Insurance credentialing assistance when applicable. Telehealth infrastructure. Furnished clinical office space for in-person services. Professional profile on the Bee Bliss website. Opportunities to build visibility around your clinical specialty. A collaborative practice environment. Opportunities for professional growth as Bee Bliss expands its services. ______________________________________________________________ Compensation Compensation is provided on a per-session basis according to the independent contractor agreement . This is a 1099 independent contractor position and does not include traditional employee benefits. Pay per session ranges between $35-40 _________________________________________________________________ Our Culture At Bee Bliss, we take our responsibility to clients seriously—but we don't believe mental health care has to feel cold or overly clinical. We want knowledgeable, ethical clinicians who are also real people. We value connection, individuality, creativity, continued growth, accountability, healthy boundaries, and excellent client care. Think professional practice with personality. We're building a hive where different clinicians bring different strengths, personalities, and specialties—and we'd love to hear what you would bring to ours. Bee Bliss Enterprises LLC Come grow with the hive.
