High-Quality Supervision & Mentorship:
On-site LPC Supervisor guidance for LPC Associates to help you hone your clinical voice and navigate state compliance seamlessly.
Admin & Billing Support:
We handle billing, credentialing, and lead generation so you can focus on client care.
Professional Growth:
Opportunities to participate in community outreach, program development, and leadership initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality individual, family, or group psychotherapy to a diverse caseload. Conduct clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning tailored to client goals. Engage in case management activities including patient care coordination, progress monitoring, and follow-up assessments Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards and treatment planning protocols Facilitate specialized services such as grief counseling, addiction counseling, social work interventions, or pediatric mental health support as needed Maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries) in compliance with Texas regulatory standards and insurance requirements. Participate in weekly/bi-weekly clinical supervision (if LPC Associate) or peer consultation meetings as needed . Engage in continuous professional development and adhere to the ethical standards set by the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC).Qualifications Knowledge of evidence-based practices including CBT, trauma-focused therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), psychodynamic therapy, and behavior management techniques
Requirements Education:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling or a related mental health field from an accredited university.
Licensure:
Active License as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC Associate) in the state of Texas in good standing.
Compliance Mindset:
Strong understanding of ethical standards, HIPAA guidelines, and clinical documentation best practices.
Self-Motivated & Growth-Oriented:
Passionate about personal alignment, empowerment, and working collaboratively in a team environment.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable navigating EHR systems, telehealth platforms, and digital client forms.
Work Location & Schedule Location:
In Person (League CIty) and Remote (Texas-based)
Schedule:
