Free LPC-Associate Supervision:

Receive high-quality supervision at no cost while building your clinical skills and confidence. What You'll Do Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health care. Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. LCSW, LPC

, or LMFT license in Texas Active LPC-Associate license in Texas Commitment to providing ethical, evidence-based care Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team Experience providing psychotherapy is preferred but not required for LPC-Associates The ideal candidate is a compassionate, self-motivated clinician who values collaboration, practices from an evidence-based perspective, and is committed to building a sustainable, client-centered practice.

Work Location This is a hybrid contractor position based in The Woodlands, Texas . Clinicians provide a combination of in-person and telehealth services. To best serve our community and meet the growing demand for in-person care, clinicians are expected to maintain at least two in-office days per week , with additional remote flexibility based on their schedule and client needs.
