Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Behavioral Health Provider, licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting mental health and wellness and will possess expertise in diagnosing and treating a range of behavioral health conditions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals, couples, and families in our community through the delivery of evidence-based behavioral health interventions and support services.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary team members.
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
Assess and manage relational dynamics and family systems issues to facilitate positive changes and improve overall functioning.
Collaborate with primary care providers, social workers, and community agencies to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and outcome measures.
Stay abreast of current trends, research, and best practices in behavioral health and integrate new knowledge into clinical practice.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program.
Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Utah.
Preferred 2 years of clinical experience providing behavioral health services in a healthcare setting.
Demonstrated expertise in conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments and developing evidence-based treatment plans.
Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to effectively manage complex behavioral health cases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and families from diverse backgrounds.
