Job Description

Job Overview We're looking for a compassionate, client-centered therapist to join our team at Arise Counseling. Arise is a comprehensive clinic that serves clients across the lifespan with a holistic approach. Our therapists treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, autism, personality disorders, and PTSD. We welcome new specialties and expertise, and are committed to the professional development of our therapists through regular trainings and in-house supervision. We provide research-based, human-centered practice for clients, and an environment of support and growth for employees. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices. Implement crisis management protocols and crisis intervention techniques as needed. Utilize secure platforms for telehealth therapy. Maintain accurate and timely medical records, clinical documentation, and billing codes in compliance with HIPAA and clinical ethical guidelines. Collaborate with supervisors and clinical professionals for comprehensive client care. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with licensing requirements and client need. Qualifications Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution. Valid licensure or certification as a licensed therapist (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) required for independent practice. Associate level therapists welcome to apply. Proficiency in clinical documentation standards including EMR/EHR systems and ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10). Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices, behavioral health interventions, psychopharmacology basics, and crisis management techniques. Experience working with diverse populations in outpatient settings. Excellent communication skills for client engagement and collaboration with staff and colleagues. Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism while adhering to HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines. Pay:
$45.00 - $55.00 per hour
