Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) - Men's Residential Treatment Program Marion Lifestyle Recovery at ACH | Full-Time
NIGHT SHIFT
About the Role Marion Lifestyle Recovery at ACH is seeking a compassionate, clinically skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our multidisciplinary treatment team at our ASAM Level 3.1 & 3.5 men's residential substance use disorder program. In this role, you'll participate in treatment teams, provide group therapy, conduct clinical assessments, and support residents through evidence-based treatment as they build a foundation for sustained recovery.
Compensation:
Starting at $59,000 annually, commensurate with experience What You'll Do Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with ASAM criteria Collaborate with case managers, peer support specialists, medical staff, and clinical supervisors as part of an integrated care team Document clinical services in compliance with DBHDS licensing standards and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality requirements Participate in treatment team meetings, discharge planning, and continuity-of-care coordination Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed What We're Looking For Active Virginia LMHP licensure (LPC, LCSW, LSATP or equivalent) in good standing Experience working with substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health populations preferred Familiarity with ASAM levels of care and residential treatment settings Strong clinical documentation and time management skills A collaborative, resident-centered approach to care Why Join Us At Marion Lifestyle Recovery at ACH, you'll be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to helping men rebuild their lives through structured, trauma-informed residential treatment.
