Our evidence-based therapy services include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Process-Based Therapy, each tailored to address various psychological conditions and substance use disorders. Located conveniently between Seattle and Bellevue on Mercer Island (minutes off of I-90), we proudly serve both the Eastside and Westside communities. The Role We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State to join our team of passionate, patient-centered providers. In this role, you will primarily provide individual therapy to a diverse population varying in background and clinical acuity. This is a flexible, hybrid position starting as a part-time subcontractor, with strong potential to transition into a full-time role as your caseload grows. To help you succeed, our clinic handles the administrative burden of credentialing you with insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities Provide Individual Therapy:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored, one-on-one therapy to adults facing various mental health, co-occurring, and substance use disorders.

Customized Care:

Develop and implement customized treatment plans utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Process-Based Therapy.

Patient-Centered Approach:

Commit to a compassionate care model that meets patients exactly where they are in their recovery and wellness journey.

Collaborative Practice:

Work alongside our holistic team of medication managers and group therapists to ensure comprehensive care for both the body and mind.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation for all sessions.

Qualifications Licensure:

Active and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the State of Washington.

Experience:

Experience working with diverse populations and managing varying levels of clinical acuity.

Flexibility:

Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (both via telehealth and in-person at our Mercer Island clinic).
