Clean Treatment Center is a premier PHP/IOP facility offering compassionate, client-centered care for individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Behavioral Technician with a minimum RADT credential to join our growing team. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for working in the treatment field. The Behavioral Tech plays a key role in maintaining program structure, supporting clients, and facilitating communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise clients during program hours to ensure safety and compliance Administer and document urine drug screens (UAs) according to facility protocol Set up and confirm client appointments with medical providers, case managers, and therapists Accurately enter documentation and client interactions into Kipu EMR Assist with daily check-ins, group attendance, and client engagement Communicate client concerns and observations to clinical and leadership staff Uphold a supportive, recovery-focused environment and model professional behavior Participate in team meetings and help coordinate client care Ensure all activities follow HIPAA, DHCS, and facility guidelines
Qualifications:
RADT certification required (CCAPP or CADTP, active and in good standing) At least 1 year of experience in a treatment setting (residential or outpatient) Familiarity with Kipu EMR preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-stress situations CPR/First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire) Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
Schedule:
Part-time to Full-time; may include evenings or weekends based on program needs.
Compensation:
