We are looking for a full-time CCBHC Mental Health Practitioner to join our Merrionette Park office .

SALARY:

The average starting salary for this position will fall in the range of $59,000-$70,000 annually. Where candidates fall in this range will be based on skill and experience level. $2,500 Sign-on Bonus for first-time employees with MFS! ($1,250 on the first paycheck and $1,250 after 6 months of employment).

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Performs comprehensive, in-depth assessment and clinical formulation, development of accurate diagnosis and strengths-based treatment plans for CCBHC services. Performs open access as assigned. Provides individual/group therapy, crisis intervention, and case management services, adhering to CCBHC and MRO/Medicaid rehabilitation service models. Provides a full range of therapeutic interventions, advocacy, skill-building, and related services. Provides evidence-based treatment interventions per training and certifications. Learns and utilizes agency and community resources. Assesses community conditions that affect clients to identify resource gaps and problems. Works with multidisciplinary professionals including psychiatrists, nurses and community agencies to provide a continuum of coordinated care to meet the complex needs of clients. Provide on-call or in-person crisis intervention services when necessary. Recommends financial assistance and other benefits the client may be entitled to. May serve on regional or agency-wide committees. Meets agency expectation for quantity of direct service and maintains quality and fidelity to evidence-based practices. Maintains timely and accurate client records and any necessary agency and CCBHC required reporting. Participates in agency and site based required meetings and trainings. Works effectively with diverse staff and service population. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university, required. Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), required. Must obtain and maintain IM+CANS certification, required. 2+ years of post-graduate social work experience at an intermediate skill level, preferred. Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or experience working with clients experiencing substance use preferred. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), preferred. IM+CANS certification, preferred. ASAM certified, preferred.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Satisfactorily pass all relevant screenings and criminal background checks.

Driving for work required with a personally owned vehicle.
