Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) / Clinical Social Worker I have partnered with a growing behavioral health team that is currently seeking a compassionate, motivated, and licensed mental health professional. Position Summary The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will provide high-quality behavioral health services to clients of all ages. This role includes conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing evidence-based therapy, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments. Provide individual, family, and couples counseling. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in case consultations and treatment team meetings. Educate clients and families on coping strategies and available community resources. Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing requirements. Qualifications Active LMFT or LCSW license in the state of practice (required). Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field. Strong clinical assessment and counseling skills. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
