Responsibilities will include: Assist with clinical intakes to ensure medical necessity is met Impact the treatment planning process from intake to discharge based on client diagnosis and needs present Provide individual, family and group therapy, as needed Maintain complete and accurate client records per regulations Ensure services provided are necessary and evidence-based, and within the ethical and legal scope of practice Coordinate care with other service providers, as appropriate Participate in case consultation as indicated

• LMHC, LCMHC

  Licensed Clinical Social Worker

• LCSW, LICSW, CSW

  Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
• LMFT Licensed Professional Counselor

• LPC, LPCC, LCPC

  Licensed Mental Health Professional
