We are hiring dedicated and organized professionals to coordinate Case Management mental health services for children and families in the metro area. Youable equips team members with the skills and tools to be advocates for the mission of empowering people of all ages to be emotionally healthy. The Case Management team arranges and facilitates a variety of services for children with significant mental health symptoms that impact their life of the families served. This client-centered role works in the community to understand client perspectives, and is part of a strong team set up to support and encourage each other.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university For social workers, an LSW is required Experience working with families and children Organizational skills to complete documentation Strong relationship-building skills and a desire to serve diverse populations Working automobile and car insurance Team members manage an average of 15 active clients per month and ensure the case management treatment plans and functional assessments are completed in accordance with organizational, DHS, insurance, and county guidelines. Successful Case Managers make a qualitative difference in the lives of the families with whom they work. The goal in the position is to improve the overall functioning of families served and reduce the need for and reliance upon out of home placements and other services that are more intensive, restrictive, and costly.
