Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a licensed therapist to lead our Intensive In-Home team, providing clinical supervision and evidence-based interventions to children and families.

Position Summary:

The Team Lead conducts evaluations, oversees treatment planning, and ensures fidelity to evidence-based practices while supervising team members and managing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct ongoing evaluation, assessment, and counseling for children and families. Provide clinical supervision and lead weekly team meetings. Ensure compliance with Medicaid requirements and timely documentation. Monitor team-to-family ratios and manage caseloads. Participate in crisis intervention and provide individual therapy as needed.

•$3,000 Sign-On Bonus Being Offered

•HRSA approved site offering student loan repayment program for fully-licensed clinicians

Education & Experience:
Required:

Full or provisional licensure as LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or equivalent in North Carolina. Experience in clinical supervision and intensive in-home services.
