Outpatient Therapist Licking County| Full-Time Help People Find Hope, Healing, and a Path Forward. Behavioral Healthcare Partners (BHP) is seeking a compassionate Outpatient Therapist to provide person-centered behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults. You'll provide therapy, support recovery, and help clients build healthier, more fulfilling lives. What You'll Do Provide individual, group, family, and telehealth counseling. Conduct behavioral health and risk assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention and coordinate higher levels of care when needed. Monitor client progress and update treatment plans. Connect clients with community resources and coordinate transitions of care. Collaborate with providers, families, schools, hospitals, courts, and community partners. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and electronic health records. Participate in supervision, team meetings, quality improvement, and professional development. Why Join BHP? What We're Looking For Required:
Valid Ohio LSW or LPC license Bachelor's degree with an acceptable entry-level license or master's degree in social work or counseling Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred:
