Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Master's Level Mental Health Therapist or Social Worker/Therapist to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families. Your expertise will help clients navigate emotional challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve their wellness goals. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Provide individual and group counseling sessions utilizing modalities such as behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, Christian counseling, and applied behavior analysis. Implement evidence-based interventions including behavioral health techniques, social work practices, and home & community care strategies to promote patient well-being. Facilitate intake processes, ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical record standards. Manage case coordination by collaborating with healthcare providers, case managers, and community resources to support holistic patient care. Maintain detailed medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and session summaries using appropriate medical terminology. Conduct patient care activities with sensitivity to aging issues and geriatrics when applicable, ensuring respectful support for older adults facing unique mental health challenges. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field from an accredited institution. Valid licensure or certification as required by state law (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC). Proven experience in behavioral health settings with skills in individual/group therapy and clinical counseling. Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation tools and mental health assessment techniques. Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA compliance standards, and medical documentation procedures. Experience in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and social work practices preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations including those facing aging issues or geriatrics concerns. Pay:
$200.00 - $1,500.00 per week
