Job Description

Burr and Burton Academy is an independent Vermont high school (grades 9-12) that serves the public. It serves as the local high school for area students, while also attracting students from overseas. Situated at the foot of Mt. Equinox and overlooking picturesque Manchester Village, Burr and Burton is a school with a proud tradition of educating students of diverse backgrounds and talents in a supportive and caring environment. Burr and Burton Academy seeks a full-time Mental Health Clinician . Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be well versed in mandated reporting laws as they pertain to teenagers and their families, and have strong clinical experience serving teens. Candidates must be licensed to provide psychotherapy in Vermont. A Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker is preferred, as is a minimum of five years of school-based clinical work.
