Day Shift | Full-time How you'll make an impact in this role: Lead the behavioral health program by overseeing daily operations, staffing, and departmental coordination to ensure the highest standard of patient care and program efficiency. Coach and develop your team by providing ongoing training, performance feedback, and mentorship to foster a high-performing, supportive culture. Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care, collaborating with the broader healthcare team to ensure clinical goals are met and treatment plans are executed effectively. Deliver high-quality direct patient care as needed, ensuring clinical evaluations and interventions remain accurate and compassionate during periods of high demand. Ensure full operational compliance by directing departmental activities in strict accordance with federal, state, and regulatory standards to protect patient safety and institutional integrity. What minimum qualifications you'll need: Licensure / Certification /
Registration:
One or more of the following required: Licensed Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Counselor credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Social Worker credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Psychologist credentialed from the Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Life at
