Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Needs Nanny to provide exceptional care and support for our medically complex son with autism. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build a special bond while ensuring his safety, and creating a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, patient, and proactive, with a strong background in caregiving for children with disabilities or special needs. A background in nursing or CNA is a strong plus. Responsibilities After school care encouraging communication through his AAC device Encouraging living skills (such as chores, dishes, taking the trash out, changing clothes etc) Going to an activity (Kidstrong, park, walk, or movies.
