ROTA:

7 days on/7 days off, Monday through Sunday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Children:

1 and 4 years old.

Duties:

The ideal candidate will deliver attentive care for the children while supporting the family's daily schedule, collaborating closely with a stay-at-home parent to promote consistency and teamwork. Duties include childcare, attending children's classes and activities, preparing meals and snacks for the children, light household tasks connected to the children, keeping the home organized, and managing the children's laundry.

Requirements:

This family is seeking a proactive, highly intuitive, and reliable professional nanny to care for their two young children in a collaborative, multi-staff household. The ideal candidate brings prior experience with similar age groups, effortlessly adapts to the daily flow of family life, and maintains strong professional boundaries alongside clear communication. Flexibility is essential, as this role involves working rotating holidays and stepping up to cover the co-nanny's planned or unexpected absences. The parents fully support the nanny's authority while on duty and value someone receptive to ongoing guidance. Additionally, the family encourages the nanny to research and facilitate the activities and outings with the children.

Salary range:

$45 - $50

Benefits:

This position offers paid sick days, 10 days of accrued vacation, plus guaranteed pay 52 weeks of the year. Additionally the client will be using a payroll service.
