Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Helper/Nanny to provide attentive care and support within a private home setting. This role involves pick up from school and drop off at activities daily. Teenage Boys are very independent, they need supervision and assistance Shopping, light house cleaning and organization are required for few hours a week. Responsibilities Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs and preferences Perform household chores related to residential housekeeping, including cleaning, laundry, organizing and maintaining a tidy living space Provide personal transportation assistance for children to attend activities or appointments when necessary Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress, routines, and any concerns or updates Qualifications Prior nannying or private home experience preferred; but not required Knowledge of childcare best practices, including preschool activities and developmental milestones Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in working with children with disabilities is advantageous Strong skills in cleaning, cooking nutritious meals, and household organization Ability to provide personal transportation assistance safely and responsibly Compassionate caregiver with excellent communication skills and patience Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and family needs; reliable transportation is essential ( you will use your own car, we will provide compensation for mileage ) Join us our family if you're passionate about nurturing young minds while maintaining a warm, organized home environment!
