Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and visionary Early Child Care Director to lead our early childhood education programs. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring educational excellence, fostering a nurturing environment, and managing staff and resources effectively. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of early childhood development, and a passion for guiding young learners and dedicated staff toward success. Duties Lead the development and implementation of innovative curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards and best practices. Manage all aspects of program operations, including staffing, budgeting, compliance with legal regulations, and maintaining high-quality educational environments. Supervise school staff, including teachers and administrative personnel, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and professional development facilitation. Oversee personnel management in education settings, ensuring effective team leadership and fostering a collaborative workplace culture. Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance program quality, increase enrollment, and support community engagement through targeted fundraising efforts. Ensure adherence to all educational regulations, licensing requirements, and safety protocols related to early childhood education. Facilitate communication with families through public speaking engagements, parent meetings, and community outreach initiatives. Qualifications Extensive experience in early childhood education with proven success in school administrative leadership roles. Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership in education, and classroom experience working directly with young children. Demonstrated expertise in managing budgets as an executive education administrator along with strategic planning skills. Knowledge of legal requirements related to early childhood education law, special education law, and educational compliance standards. Skilled in supervising school staff, conducting faculty evaluations, and facilitating professional development programs. Excellent public speaking abilities with experience engaging diverse audiences including parents, staff, and community stakeholders. Proven leadership qualities with a focus on team management, personnel management in education settings, and fostering a positive learning environment. Pay:

$85,400.00 - $95,000.00 per year
