sweet Mom living in the San Roque area of Santa Barbara is seeking to hire a long-term part-time nanny for her two girls ages 7 and 9. The ideal schedule involves two days a week of pick-up and drop-off (school/home/activities, etc.), weekend help, and occasional overnights. The hourly rate they are offering is between $25-$30 hour. They also have two cats in the home, so applicants must be pet friendly. The ideal start date for the job is ASAP! The main role of this position is helping the Mom out is a second pair of hands and driver for the kids. You will need to pick up the kids from various locations and drive them home or to an after-school activity. Additionally, the nanny must become comfortable with the children's bedtime and morning routines to assist with overnight or weekend caregiving when Mom is not present. A good fit for this role is someone with a good driving record who is comfortable driving their own car with kids in the back; someone who is energetic, patient and creative.
