Job Description

Location:
Tracy, CA 95377 Start date: As soon as possible
Schedule:
8 hours per night, 3 nights per week, for 2 weeks with the possibility of extension.
Family:
Parents and a newborn, born July 25, 2026 Languages spoken at home:
English and Hindi Compensation:
$50-$65 Position Overview A family in Tracy is seeking a patient, caring, and passionate postpartum care specialist to provide support with their newborn. The baby has reflux, resists lying flat, and has difficulty sleeping in the crib. The family hopes to work with someone who can help them navigate these challenges and support them with newborn care. The family is especially interested in a specialist with experience caring for fussy babies with reflux who prefer contact naps. Responsibilities Provide newborn care and overall baby support. Support the family as they navigate the challenges they are facing. Offer experience-informed support with a fussy baby who has reflux and prefers contact naps. Support the family with the baby's difficulty lying flat and sleeping in the crib. Health Preferences The following are required: Tdap vaccination. Up to $65.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have experience caring for newborns with reflux, fussiness, and difficulty sleeping in a crib? Are you comfortable providing overnight newborn care, including supporting babies who prefer contact naps? Are you able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations for the following requirements: TDAP, Seasonal flu vaccination, if applicable for the month.
