We provide a warm, homelike environment for children aged 0 to 13 years, emphasizing socio-emotional development and fostering a nurturing atmosphere where children thrive. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Child Care Support professional who is passionate about working with children and families. This role involves assisting with childcare, driving children to and from school, maintaining a clean and organized home environment, and supporting the overall well-being of the children. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and committed to creating a safe, engaging experience for children with diverse needs. Duties Safely transport children to and from school and extracurricular activities using personal transportation. Assist with daily childcare routines, including supervising playtime, helping with homework, and engaging in age-appropriate activities. Perform residential housekeeping tasks such as cleaning common areas, tidying up toys, and maintaining a hygienic environment. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs and preferences. Support children with special needs or disabilities by providing personalized care and assistance as required. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times; administer first aid and CPR when necessary. Foster a positive environment that encourages learning, independence, and social skills development. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, nannying, preschool, or private home childcare. Knowledge of caregiving best practices for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children. Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable. Valid first aid and CPR certification required; willingness to obtain if not already certified. Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential housekeeping. Reliable personal transportation for school pick-ups/drop-offs; valid driver's license preferred. Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
