PR3 A busy family of 5 is seeking a passionate, positive, and reliable nanny & family assistant to provide childcare and support at home for their 3 boys, ages 9, almost 7, and 4 years old, who are all in school during the day. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to the family's needs as they change and duties shift between caregiving and assisting with errands and general household help. Household support/family assisting 10a-2p, and then nannying in the afternoon. The family enjoys spending time outdoors, and all three boys love to fish, swim, and ride bikes. The right candidate will fit into the family and stay for years to come. Although the role is part-time, there is potential for extra hours on date nights or staying with kids during work trips, and open to future travel with family. Key Responsibilities Plan and prepare meals and snacks for the family Run errands, grocery shop/pet away etc (before boys get home from school Engage children in age-appropriate educational activities, games, and creative play Assist with homework for older children Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children, including tidying play areas and child-related laundry Willingness & flexible in duties between childcare and family assistant Handle school pick-ups and/or transportation to extracurricular activities Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a nanny, childcare provider, or similar role Excellent communication skills and a nurturing, patient demeanor Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Knowledge of child development & age-appropriate activities CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date) Eligible to work in the United States with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
