About us Choice Program is a child placing agency licensed by the Florida Department of Children and Families located in Deltona, FL. We are professional, fun, creative and our goal is to assist children in overcoming traumatic events by reshaping their cognitive, behavioral, and emotional development .

Lively atmosphere Food provided Casual work attire Our agency is seeking mature adults to guide and mentor foster children within our group homes. Candidates must be capable and compassionate individuals willing to join our mission in restoring families and empowering youth. Must demonstrate qualities that enable effective interaction with children in group care and endeavor to meet the varying needs of each child within the organizational guidelines. The candidate will work on-site during shift rotations and act in a primary care capacity as well as devote their talents and time teaching life/ social skills, coping skills, academic skills, spiritual growth tools, personal responsibility, family values, independent living skills, and other personal growth skills. The candidate will work with a comprehensive network of social and professional support systems within the greater community. Maintain confidentiality of children/ youth and program information at all times. They shall demonstrate commitment, emotional stability and maturity, flexibility, dependability, personal integrity, acceptance, friendship, proper affection, spiritual strength and respect for children (and their families). Available for 24 hour 3 days shifts and 4 days off, paid stipend .
