Job Description
Overview We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for working with new moms during the postpartum period / fourth trimester. Newborn Care experience is a "must" while providing exceptional care and support in a nurturing environment. Must have Infant CPR Certification. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to families and their newborn. Communicate effectively with parents. Qualifications Experience with infant care. Previous experience in postpartum care, newborn care or nannying is highly desirable. Knowledge of infant care practices is mandatory. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with families. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with families after the birth of their newborn are essential qualities. Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours including overnight care.
