Job Description

Supervise and engage with children in grades K-8 during after school hours
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and games to promote social and emotional development
Assist with homework and provide academic support
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program
Communicate effectively with parents and school staff regarding children's progress and behavior
Maintain a clean and organized environment Encourage positive behavior and conflict resolution among children
