This role involves nurturing development, ensuring safety, and creating a positive environment that promotes growth and happiness. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and experienced in managing the needs of children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Your dedication will help foster a secure and engaging atmosphere where children can thrive both physically and emotionally. Duties Provide attentive supervision and care for children, ensuring their safety at all times Serving lunch and snacks to each child's Assist with daily routines such as playtime, snacks and meals, and light housekeeping Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and developmental exercises Maintain a clean and organized environment through residential housekeeping tasks including cleaning and tidying up Administer basic first aid and CPR in case of emergencies, following safety protocols Plan age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning and social interaction Collaborate with parents to ensure consistent care routines and communicate progress regularly Requirements Proven experience working with children in a nannying or childcare capacity, including private home settings Strong background in caring for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children Must speak fluent English & Spanish Valid certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies Knowledge of childcare best practices, including and developmental activities Light housework: clean bottles, load/ unload dishwasher, clean dining area, put away clean laundry Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with parents and caregivers Reliable, responsible, and proactive attitude with a passion for nurturing children's growth All applicants must provide a copy of their valid drivers license and pass a background check.
