Manage the school's social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Create engaging flyers, advertisements, promotional materials, and digital content. Promote school programs, events, camps, transportation, and enrollment opportunities. Respond to prospective-family inquiries through phone, text, email, and social media. Build relationships with local schools, churches, businesses, and community organizations. Organize open houses, enrollment events, community outreach, and promotional campaigns. Develop referral and family-engagement strategies. Track prospective families, tours, leads, and enrollment results. Maintain a consistent and professional brand image for Kidz on the Rise.

DIRECTOR

Duties Spreading the word of God Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to enhance educational programs and operational efficiency. Oversee the program and making sure everything is running smoothly Manage day-to-day operations of the educational department, including staff supervision and performance evaluations. Executing the plans and curriculum the Director set forth. Have a valid driver license and able to drive a 15 passenger van to transport our children to and from school. Monitor program outcomes and implement improvements based on data-driven insights. Support the campers in making it a fun and educational environment Facilitate communication between faculty, administration, students, and external partners to promote a cohesive educational environment.
