About the Family A warm and welcoming family is seeking an experienced, reliable, and proactive nanny to care for their 1 and 3-year-old children. The ideal candidate is nurturing, organized, clean, energetic, and enjoys creating a safe, engaging, and structured environment while supporting the family's needs. Responsibilities Childcare Provide attentive, nurturing, and age-appropriate care. Create engaging educational and recreational activities. Plan and supervise indoor and outdoor play. Read books, assist with learning activities, and encourage developmental milestones. Maintain a safe, positive, and structured environment. Meal Preparation Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child. Clean up after meals and maintain kitchen organization related to childcare. Household Support Keep play areas, bedrooms, and children's spaces clean and organized. Assist with dishes and light household tasks related to the child. Maintain organization throughout commonly used family areas. Requirements Previous nanny experience with toddlers required. Strong references (3 professional references required). Highly organized, dependable, and proactive. Ability to take initiative and work independently. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Reliable personal vehicle. Comfortable working in a home with a pool and able to follow pool safety protocols. CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Comfortable with occasional schedule flexibility and additional weekday hours.
