As a Sales Associate at Fitco you will use your talents help current members get the most out of their membership and introduce potential members to the best Gym in Middle Georgia! Responsibilities Maintain a passionate, positive and detail oriented mindset Be an individual who enjoys teamwork and WANTS to be a part of a team Have the ability to up-sell packages and schedule appointments Check members in and sell new memberships Maintain a clean and friendly atmosphere Required Qualifications Must be comfortable speaking with guests Proven Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills Professional, well-groomed appearance Strong work ethic that includes dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail Must be self-motivated to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
