Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Part Time Nanny to provide exceptional care and support for children in a private home setting. This role involves engaging children in educational and recreational activities, ensuring their safety, and assisting with daily routines such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, proactive, and experienced in caring for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Responsibilities Provide attentive and loving care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Assist with daily routines including feeding, diapering, dressing, and nap schedules for infants and toddlers Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical development Maintain a clean and organized environment through residential housekeeping tasks such as tidying up play areas and laundry Support children with preschool activities, early education, and developmental milestones Offer personal transportation assistance for school drop-offs, appointments, or extracurricular activities Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, following safety protocols to handle emergencies effectively Collaborate with parents to communicate daily updates on children's progress and needs Support caregiving duties for children with disabilities or special needs when required Requirements Proven experience working with children across different age groups, including infants and preschoolers Prior nannying or private home childcare experience preferred; experience with multiple children is a plus Knowledge of childcare best practices including infant care, toddler care, and early childhood education Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in working with children with disabilities is advantageous Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning up after children and maintaining a tidy environment Strong cooking skills to prepare healthy meals and snacks for children Reliable personal transportation to assist with school runs or appointments when needed Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with parents and caregivers Compassionate attitude with a proactive approach to caregiving responsibilities Join us in creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive!
