Part-time | Morning Shift About the

Role:

MomSub is seeking a reliable, warm, and structured Mother's Helper in Naperville to assist a loving family with their two daughters (ages 5 and 7) during their morning routine. The parents will be home during the shift to partner with you. The primary focus is helping both girls start their day smoothly, with special attention to supporting the 7-year-old, who is on the autism spectrum. The family is also open to bringing your own kids.

2 hours per morning (7:00 AM - 9:00 AM)

Total Hours:

10 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:

Helping the girls wake up, get dressed, and brush their hair/teeth Assisting with breakfast setup and cleanup Keeping the morning routine calm, structured, and on track Accompanying the family during the morning school drive (riding in the car alongside the girls— mom drives, no driving required on your part )

Requirements:

Experience with Autism /

Special Needs:

Previous experience (professional care, babysitting, ABA support, or personal family experience) is strongly preferred .
