Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation of the program and maintain a safe, organized, and positive environment. Supervise children and staff while ensuring appropriate ratios and compliance with all Ivy League Kids policies and procedures. Plan and lead activities, games, homework support, and outdoor play. Maintain accurate attendance, sign-in/sign-out records, and required program documentation. Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and management regarding program updates, incidents, and concerns. Coach and support staff, delegate responsibilities, and assist with training new employees. Respond appropriately to emergencies, injuries, and behavioral situations, completing all required reports. Monitor program supplies, maintain a clean site, and help ensure the overall success of the program. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age to be a lead. If under 21, you can apply to be an assistant Two years of college in education, recreation, child development, or a related field preferred. Experience working with school-age children; previous leadership experience preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and pass all required background checks.
