• Responsibilities
• Provide attentive care to children, including feeding, changing diapers, and engaging in age-appropriate activities
• Create a stimulating and educational environment that promotes learning and development
• Implement daily routines and schedules to ensure consistency for the children
• Monitor and address children's behavior, ensuring a positive and respectful atmosphere
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
• Qualifications
• Must be 18 or older
• Previous experience in childcare or related field is preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus, but not required
• Understanding of childhood development stages and behavior management techniques
• Ability to educate and engage children in various activities
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents and colleagues
