What You'll Do:

Lead all daily operations of a licensed childcare center. Provide strong leadership and daily oversight of center operations. Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain exceptional teachers and support staff. Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and company policies. Build positive relationships with families and the local community. Maintain outstanding customer service and family satisfaction. Drive enrollment growth through tours, community outreach, and marketing initiatives. Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll. Foster a positive, collaborative, and engaging workplace culture. Monitor budgets and ensure operational excellence. Promote a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.

Qualifications Required:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Childcare Center Director or Assistant Director. Required a bachelor's degree in early childhood education, Child Development, Business Management, or a related field. Experience managing licensed childcare or early childhood education programs. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of state childcare licensing regulations. Experience hiring, coaching, and developing staff. Passion for early childhood education and family engagement.
