The ideal candidate will be proactive, compassionate, and experienced in managing the needs of children with diverse backgrounds and abilities. Duties Provide attentive childcare for children ages 10 and 6, ensuring their safety and happiness at all times Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences Assist with daily routines such as nap times, arts and crafts, and home assignments Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Conduct light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, including cleaning toys, organizing supplies, and maintaining a tidy play area Support children by implementing personalized care plans and facilitating inclusive activities Offer personal transportation assistance if needed Administer basic first aid and CPR in case of emergencies following safety protocols Collaborate closely with parents to communicate daily updates on children's progress and needs Skills Proven experience working with children across various age groups, especially infants and toddlers Strong background in nannying or private home childcare experience with multiple children Knowledge of 1-5th grade curriculum activities and early childhood development principles Experience working with children with sensitivity and understanding Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies Ability to perform residential housekeeping tasks related to childcare such as organizing supplies used Skilled in meal preparation tailored to children's nutritional requirements Personal transportation assistance experience for school runs or appointments Excellent caregiving skills combined with patience, adaptability, and positive communication style Familiarity with daycare practices, babysitting duties, and working within a home environment Join us if you're passionate about making a meaningful difference in children's lives!
