Residential Childcare Specialists Residential Childcare Supervisors What We Offer Starting Pay:
$20/hour for
Residential Childcare Specialists Shift Differentials:
$21/hour for overnight or Friday-Sunday full-time shifts $500 Sign-On Bonus for new full time employees Competitive Pay for Supervisors•commensurate with experience

UMA College Scholarship Program and advancement opportunities What You'll Do Residential Childcare Specialists Supervise and support children in a therapeutic residential setting Build positive relationships and help implement treatment plans Maintain structure, consistency, and a safe environment Complete documentation and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Residential Childcare Supervisors Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to childcare staff Participate directly in the care and supervision of children Support team development and reinforce program structure and safety Oversee daily operations and ensure quality therapeutic care Participate in treatment planning and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Requirements High school diploma or equivalent ( college degree preferred for Supervisors) Valid driver's license Availability for one of the listed shifts Strong communication skills and a passion for helping youth succeed Must pass background checks and provide professional references Availability to attend two weeks of paid training Monday through Friday 8AM-4PM Flexible Schedule Options Please note that all weekday schedules begin at 2:00 PM or later. Afternoon/Evening Shifts (2:00 PM•10:00 PM) Monday-Friday Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday (includes a 10•12 hour weekend shift for a 4-day workweek)
Overnight Shift:
Thursday through Sunday 10:00 PM•8:00
AM Hybrid Weekend Option :
Friday, Saturday, Sunday shifts available
Full-Time:
32 or 40 hours per week•both qualify for comprehensive benefits
Part-Time:
