GSRP/Childcare Aide

LOCATION

Luce Road Early Childhood Learning Center

REPORTS TO

Mr. Ernest Conerly, Director of Early Childhood Education Programs

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Meet requirements for background check and fingerprinting. Requires a High School diploma and must meet state licensing requirements.

Job Requirements, Knowledge, and Skills:

A successful candidate will possess: Experience working with school age children preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Solid record of punctuality Assist in planning age appropriate activities Encourage imagination and happiness in learning Kind, patient, and compassionate individual who loves working and interacting with children Present a professional, respectful, and considerate image and represent the district in a positive way Ability to work with children 18 ½ months through 12 years old

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Up to 40 hours a week, within this timeframe)

COMPENSATION

$14.30/hr.

2026-27 School Year
