Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate Part-Time Childcare Float to join our team. In this versatile role, you will provide flexible, high-quality childcare support across various classrooms and programs, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of different ages and developmental stages. You will help maintain smooth daily operations, assist with classroom activities, and support staff in. Duties Provide child supervision and care across multiple classrooms, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school aged children Support classroom management by helping maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment in accordance with licensing standards. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily experiences, progress, and any concerns. Assist with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other routine care duties as needed. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is highly preferred. Certification in First Aid and CPR (including Pediatric First Aid) is required or obtainable upon hire. Strong communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 20.0 per week
