We are looking for a full time Child Care Float Aide to work in all classrooms. You will work with Teachers to encourage healthy early learning and demonstrate genuine love for children. You will support teachers with daily activities and supervision of children. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and passion for working with children. Responsibilities Assist teacher in following the classroom daily schedule and lesson plan Read stories, sing songs, color, built and play with children at their level (lots of playing on the floor) Follow Minnesota Child Care Licensing, Chapter 9503 with a willingness to follow Precious Little Blessings policies and procedures Communicate well with children, parents and co workers Prepare and cleanup meals in the kitchen and the classrooms Keep classrooms and center clean and organized Skills Knowledge of child development Excellent communication skills with children, parents and co workers Well-organized and committed Creative and energetic PLB Offers 9 paid holidays Vacation pay Up to 3% retirement match Monthly supplement or health insurance Child care discount
