Schedule & Hours Core Hours:

Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (16 core hours/week).

Extended Hours Available:

Open to adding extra hours (starting an hour or two earlier on select days) for candidates interested in taking on additional household management tasks!

School Breaks:

Ability to pick up additional hours during school breaks is a major plus.

Responsibilities School Pick-Up & Transportation:

Pick up all three children from the same school at 2:30 PM and drive them to evening activities as needed.

After-School Care:

Prepare healthy after-school snacks, assist with homework, and facilitate reading and play.

Family Support:

Assist in managing household flow through children's laundry, light meal prep, clutter control, and running occasional errands.

Requirements & Ideal Candidate Experience:

Strong background and genuine love for working with school-age children and pre-teens.

Organization:

Exceptional multitasking ability and dependability to keep a busy afternoon schedule running smoothly.

Driving:

Clean driving record required for school pickups and activity transportation.

Long-Term Mindset:

Piano Skill Bonus:

Playing the piano and being able to guide the kids through their daily piano practice is a huge plus!
