CPR Full Job Description Shifts:

Mornings 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and evenings 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. What you'll do Supervise and engage children while their parents use the facility, keeping them safe and cared for at all times Lead age-appropriate play, games, crafts, and activities Check children in and out following our sign-in and authorized pickup procedures Follow required child-to-staff ratios and keep the space clean, organized, and hazard-free Respond calmly to injuries, upset children, and emergencies, and communicate clearly with parents Report any safety or welfare concerns right away, per Y policy and state law What we're looking for Warmth, patience, and genuine enjoyment of working with kids Minimum age: 16 Experience with children (childcare, teaching, camp, babysitting) is preferred Current CPR/First Aid Reliability, since parents and coworkers are counting on you to be there Physical requirements Ability to stand, sit on the floor, bend, and move actively for the length of a shift, and to lift and carry children and supplies up to 25 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
