Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to create a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children. The ideal candidate will have a passion and experience in caring for young children, including toddlers and preschool-aged kids. This role involves fostering childhood development through play, structured activities, and positive interaction. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children in your care at all times. Maintain a clean and organized environment. Establish routines that help children feel secure and comfortable. Communicate effectively with parents regarding any concerns. Administer first aid when necessary and maintain a first aid kit readily available. Qualifications Previous experience in childcare is preferred. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members. A patient, caring demeanor with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
