We handle mornings ourselves. What we need is one really good person to own the afternoons. What the Job Looks Like You pick the girls up from school and take the afternoon from there. Snack, homework with the older two, and real play with all three. Not screen time. We want someone who can sit with a 6 year old on reading, keep a 5 year old moving, and keep a 3 year old happy at the same time. Driving to activities as needed. Baths when needed, and getting the girls ready for the evening. Light tidying of their areas at the end of the day. Schedule Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. That's 20 hours, with up to 25 available if you want them. Extra hours come from earlier pickups on some days and occasional weekend or evening coverage, always arranged with you in advance. Who We're Hoping to Find Someone warm, patient, and genuinely good with little kids. You're comfortable helping with early elementary homework, and you'd rather play with them than hand them a screen. Real experience with young children is a must. Teaching or tutoring background is a plus. What You Need Your own car, valid license, and clean driving record (mileage reimbursed) Experience with young children, Teaching or tutoring background Comfortable helping with early elementary homework and reading Comfortable with bath and bedtime routines References we can call English required. Hebrew or Spanish a plus.
