Morning Program:

•9:00 am
Afternoon Program:
2:45
•5:45 pm Opportunities available for morning, afternoon, or both programs.

Part-Time, Non-Exempt Do you love working with kids? Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a Pre-K Childcare Site Director for our Before and After School Programs at our Elsinboro Township School location for the 2026-2027 school year.

What Success Looks Like Program Quality:
Kids are engaged, safe, and having fun every day; the program reflects Healthy Kids Program's model and families consistently choose to re-enroll
Staffing:
The site is fully staffed every day; teachers are prepared, supported, and showing up for the kids
Compliance:
The site operates in ratio at all times; records are accurate and current; the program is ready for inspection on any given day
Inventory:
The site is well-stocked with the supplies and materials teachers need; nothing runs out mid-week; restocking happens before it becomes a problem Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience working with children in a school, childcare, camp, or youth program setting 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience Familiarity with before
•and after-school program environments a plus Knowledge of state childcare licensing or school-age care regulations helpful but not required Calm, flexible, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
