Duties Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote their physical, emotional, and social development. Create educational activities to foster learning and curiosity. Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after meals and playtime. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise. Plan and implement fun outings or activities that encourage exploration and creativity. Ensure the safety of children at all times by adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in childcare or caregiving roles, particularly with toddlers and school-aged children. Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with children and families. Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus; experience in daycare settings is advantageous. Patience, creativity, and adaptability in handling various situations that may arise during care. Additional information:

This position begins September 1 and is for three full days (9 am - 5pm) per week. Seeking full day care for a 2 year old and part-time 5 years old kindergartener. Prefers someone who could help out with light housekeeping. Employers do have a dog, so please consider that when applying.
