Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness ! As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, our team is in search of part-time Child Care Attendants for our Fitness Center! Flexible shifts are available including weekdays or weekends, days or evenings.
Requirements:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Help to maintain a safe, fun, and interactive center that is clean and organized Supervise and participate in activities with children Demonstrate good judgment, alertness, and self-control in the presence of children and when performing assigned responsibilities Relate to children with patience, acceptance, and respect Monitor check in/out procedures and have an accurate headcount of children at all times Contact parent/guardian, if necessary, to assist with discipline issues and attend to personal needs of children such as feeding and diaper changes, etc. Other duties as assigned To be a great fit, you'll have: An enthusiastic, energetic, and creative personality! Detail oriented with exceptional verbal and written communication skills Dependable and punctual Previous experience working with children a plus, but not required Patience, positivity, and must enjoy working with children! At least 16 years of age What you'll get as a member of our team: Competitive pay at $15 - $17.75 per hour, based on experience, with time and a half premium pay if working a holiday Complimentary membership to HCI Sports & Fitness Flexible schedule A fun work environment on a great team!
